These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Perch platform. By creating an account or using Perch, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, pricing, and policies, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must comply with all applicable laws - including local short-term rental, tax, and consumer-protection regulations - for every property you operate through Perch.
Bookings & payments
Perch facilitates direct bookings between you and your guests. You set your own rates, availability, and cancellation policies. Applicable platform and payment-processing fees are shown in Billing.
Payouts are remitted to your connected account according to your payout schedule, less any fees and refunds.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by posting unlawful content, infringing others' rights, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Service & changes
We provide the service on an "as is" basis and may update features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
Either party may terminate the agreement as described in these terms; your data export rights survive termination.
