We collect account information you provide directly - your name, email, business details, and property listings - so we can operate your direct-booking site and host dashboard.

When guests book through your Perch site, we process their reservation details, contact information, and payment data solely to fulfil the booking on your behalf.

We use your information to provide and improve the service, process bookings and payouts, send transactional and SMS notifications you opt into, and provide customer support.

We do not sell your data or your guests' data. We never use guest contact details for our own marketing.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Perch - payment processors, hosting, and messaging providers - each bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. We retain records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
